yeah the files you have to open up in the nanocom software, but the latest version sounds like you need the nanocom connected.. the FU1 file may be able to be read in the graphic viewer, im not that familiar with the files yet. when you get the software open (maybe with the nanocom attached) go to the file manager and export means save to the computer, i also if my poor memory serves me right think you can open the files from there? or maybe from the individual modules screen? sorry cant remember as it isnt in front of me.

If you read the other nanocom thread it gives some hints about the 1.2 manual havnig more info in it.. so have a look.

the security codes .. now i know this one.. i think! you have to register your nanocom on the nanocom website and you can get unlock codes. you give the nancom website your nanocom ID (which should be shown in the software) and then when you go to the restricted area and login (on the nanocom website) it will list 6 unlock codes. you put these either into the software or the nanocom direct exactly as you see them, ie if its AbCdEf you use the caps and lower case. if you use the software make sure you write the settings to the nanocom, this will unlock the modules. i think the manual 1.2 covers this in a bit more detail.

Hopefully this helps you.. sorry if im a bit vague havent looked at the software for a week and only had the nanocom a week and 2 days

    Thanks

    Steve
