    Simon,you need to logon with your registered Nanocom.If you havent registered it you cant get in the locked area.Yes its a bit tough to get your head around the system,but once you do its real easy.Yell out if you need help,BCU is up and going.

    Final solution to my Bootloader problems whilst installing new firmware. Nanocom have been brilliant with assistance and communications. It appears a very small number of Nanocoms had a problem with the bootloader software. This is the protected software within the nanocom. This fault prevents the new firmware from running. Good news is that my replacement Nanocom loaded firmware 2.02 with no problems. My advice Just load the latest PC software 2.02 and the latest firmware also 2.02. If you have any problems (which is very unlikly) Mattia at Nanocom provides some of the best after sales service I have come across

    Ditto! I have this problem and emailed Mattia...he suggested loading the new pc software. Got back to me really quickly too...
