thanks for your advice i thought you were on the the right track but it didn't work i think i might have to get it towed to LR specialist.

How about putting a post in general chat asking anybody nearby with Nanocom experience to come and have a look.
Im sure if anybody is close by you will get help.

Hi Guys
Just had the Defender towed to ALL4x4 at Kotara so Ben can get it going for me he also had problems as i did with his diagnostics not responding to anything. He finally got a fob key wich my vehicle doesn't come with and recoded it to my car to get it started then with engine running he disabled the imobiliser so everything is back to normal if anybody has trouble with any of there Landys i highly recomend Ben and his team at ALL4x4 Kotara, and many thanks to everybody for there advice.

I had a feeling it wasn't the Nanocom that was the problem, we had this security problem with our Disco, but we have a fob and we keyed in the code by using the key in the door to put the code in, but you need the fob to lock and unlock the door to get it to work.

Glad every thing turned out OK.
