Jeep have just bought back a Grand Cherokee for $60k from a customer that had the steering lock for no reason while driving at 100kph. He must have been driving like he stole it and the car computer went into protection mode. Or....it's a crap car?

If you wanted a small 'city car' that could attempt mild off road duties, this would do the trick.
If you got your jollies from a vehicle which has some pedigree (don't we all?), then doubly so.

It's a radical design, no doubt. I'd even go as far as saying it's growing on me (albeit just a little). I guess it's a tricky space to sell a car in though... probably a similar market segment to where the Freelander (1) used to sit? not quite 4x4, not quite road car, but struggling to find the happy space between.
