Write up on replacing Stereo Head Unit

    Hi folks

I've had cause to replace the standard Eurovox head unit in my wife's 2001 TD4 Freelander for something a little more modern, and have documented it at Replacing the Stereo Head Unit PaulP38A.com

I hope this may be of some use to others on this forum who are considering swapping over their Eurovox head units.

    Cheers, Paul.

A black head unit does not go with the grey interior .

A nice silver or grey one would have been better

Hmmm, personal taste and all that. IMHO, nothing goes with that beige/grey/green interior . The shiny black stereo makes a nice contrast... and I've modified the backlight colour so it is a similar green to the dash lighting. Important thing is that SWMBO is happy with it
    Cheers, Paul.
