I found out some useless information when I called Land Rover the other day, I found out that my Freelander was an original "media car" back in 2007 and was featured as a "technology of the future" vehicle for the Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane motor shows and media write ups. I was wondering why I haven't seen other Freelander's with the HID adaptive headlights or "lighting package", bluetooth, premium surround sound and navigation package/s all wrapped up in one vehicle. Was told its an original vehicle for that time, would have been worth a tidy sum back then.
