			LED REPLACEMENT GLOBES

I've tried to replace the filament globes in my mirror puddle lamps and lisence plate lights and every time I plug the second LED replacement globe in
It doesn't work even though I can
Put the filament globe back in and it's works. I have a brand new FL2, does anyone know why this is
 Happening?

Not being stupid but have you tried putting the LED in the other way. Some only go one way

Did you get Canbus compatible leds?

Which spot are you fitting it to that it doesn't work?

					I've tried non polarity and
Polarity type led's including Canbus compatible from Jacar without success. Have now ordered Osram 5w5 from uk as I've seen them being used on range rover sport puddle lamps which are the same as the Freelanders and work just fine. But if anyone can explain why would be good as no guarantee Osrams will work

I have LEDs in my interior and license plate lights and they work fine. The only thing I notice is the license plate LEDs stay dim for a little bit may be residual power or something. I don't have piddle lamps but I would assume that they should be fine to work with any LED as they would just be on a door switch there must be something else going on there but I am certainty no expert. Its only when you change the indicator bulbs that you need to worry about the canbus it all looked too hard to me lol so I left the indicators and tail lights all standard

I already have LED rear taillights(factory) and HID front lights that's why I'm interested in changing the lisence plate lights, looks odd atm.
What brand led's did you use?
