You should at least get the dealer delivery down to $995. You will only get free servicing if you work for a company that turns over more than $20M/y (I think, could be $30M/y). The rest I guess it depends if it's in stock or not. If not I doubt they'll give away much.
There are no reliability issues with the FL2, some problems yes but not wide spread or many. Maybe you read about the FL1? You should not hesitate based on reliability alone because it's really not an issue. The FL2 has a Peugeot diesel, Japanese gear box and fancy Swedish differential. However it happens to be put together in Britain by robots.
My last tank about 70L and got 680km so around 10L/100km this was about 90% city rest freeway.
