    Removing rear seats

    Thanks for the thoughts, all.

    Nothing to put me off removing the seats and some good tips! Much appreciated.

    What a load of tosh
    Simplest thing is to remove the seats then put a bolt of the same thread back into the hole with a bit of copper grease to look after the thread. If heaven forbid you are hamfisted enought to bugger a thread then a clean up with a tap or if bad enough use a helicoil insert or even drill out to the next size up and retap for that bolt.
