    35" skinnies???

Yes that seems a weird thought but any idea of tyre size equivalents, brands, patterns etc. for a 35" skinny???

I love my claws and the rolling diameter seems to be brilliant for on and offroad, however thinking would like to try a skinny so not pushing around as much rubber and can go for a more AT style for better onroad and beach driving.

    Cheers in advance.

I know a mate selling a set of 34-11.5-15'' simex jungle trekkers if interested, they have heaps of tread and never had any puntures or anything.
$1350 with black sunraisa rims or $1200 without rims (4 of)

Hmmm looks like TSL in a 34x9 could be a contender on 16x6 rims.

    You want 101 tyres (9.00x16) = 35"-36"

Michelin XZL 255x100x16 ($600-$700) (these are about 36.5")
    Alliance 9.00x16 Nato Tread ($450 - $500) (these are about 35.5")
MRF 9.00x16 Bar Tread or Sand Grips ($250) (These are about 35")

Firestone and Silverstone also have a 9.00x16 equivalent but are harder to find.

All the above tyres go on a 6.5" rim.

more the gearing issues... 4.11's and a disco transfer on 33's equaled around 3100rpm at 100... 35's seem to be helping a lot though see there are a few skinny 34's so might be a good compromise.

Will see what price i can get on some options from Aus Tyre.

In addition to the above - silverstone MT117s are available in a 280x85x16 - and are 35-36" fitted.

Nath's 255/85 Maxxis tyres ran at about 35inch when new, they were a really tall tyre
