New fixed speed cameras

If you travel to and from the coast a lot…then get acquainted with these…….

When heading to and from the coast that they have (apparently) installed fixed speed cameras to capture the 4 north-bound lanes of traffic on the M1 between Beenleigh and Loganholme.
The cameras are attached to the northern side of the Logan Motorway bridge that crosses the M1.

Yes, they have been there for about 5 months now.
First few months have been on trial.
The same type are at Nudgee, and two spots on the Bruce Highway near Caboolture turnoff.

There is a distance camera on the northbound lane just behind the bridge past whitehorse servo.

Hadn't heard of these ones at Beenleigh, cheers

Yeah they are north bound on the north side of the bridge . The bridge just be fore the Cleveland turn off

As said have been there for months

I drive from coffs to nossa all the time and love watching people drive fast between calboulture and the sunshine coast and then slow down for the camera no working out they are speed over distance cameras. So slowing down for the camera makes no difference
