Thread: Day trips

hey guys is this going to be a cruise round ormeau trip or a lets go put the cars through some serious ***t. only reason i ask is i have heaps of work to do to get mine on the road for this, if its a serious ***t trip ill do my best to get the old girl there with her new 38 inch creepys, if its a cruise day im out ..please please be a serious ***t day ....

Seems the punters are in for some tuff ***t.
A couple may have to spectate for some spots for sure, but wont effect the guys taking on some serious areas.
If anything good chance for some serious pics to.

i suggest you postpone this trip due to the high fire danger.
if a fire starts while you are there or after,, or is there when you are there,
it will be dangerous and irresponsible of our members to be in there,
and
i think that you may become targeted at possibly being the cause of the fire.
this may not only may cause you problems, but the club also.

please think about this before you commit to this trip.

i have posted this without referral to the committee, it is my opinion.

You know what's funny yet foolish. I went for a quick run out at pac pines yesterday late afternoon. We drove right along side the existing fire .

I said to Nottie I don't feel very safe traveling around out here. But he was quick to point out that been so close to the development if there was a risk the firies would still be there.

It was interesting to see the place at that time. Wish I got some photos of it. Only photos I got were of Fluffy and Cuban running a muck. They on a disposable camera that I am trying to use up so I can get the pics developed (technology) .

I too am still keen on the Ormeau run, hard, easy or just a big muck around.

i am still keen , will respect the clubs decission

i am concerned that you may get in trouble with the fire,
that you may get in trouble with the law,
and
that you may bring disrepute to the club
IF, it goes wrong, and there is a fire in this time of high fire danger which some dick wit journo or copper or firie attributes the blame to you guys..

i really don't care about going into ormeau, i like going there also, and was going to last minute jump in with you guys, but now have some extra stuff to do at home.

Your opinion has been noted harry, I will be cautious and obviously wont enter or proceed if I see that there is an obvious fire happening out there.

I should watch the news more often, but to date i beleive all the fires have been south of ormeau???

no worries, just have a good time.
