UncleHo - You're right... it has been serviced every 10,000kms by a LR specialist and I'll continue to take it there.
Can't remember who asked about the oil leak near transfer case being a big job? The answer is YEP! The parts are about $2 but it takes 8hrs of labourThe transmission has to come out in order to fix it so that's 4 hrs out and 4hrs back in. Bugger. BUT the guy I spoke to said he can't even be sure that's what it is (he didn't inspect it) and with that type of problem it's best to just leave it until it's gushing out... then fix it.

Yeo some might pee'd off people on here huh?! Mostly owners of the first lot of Disco 3's which I have heard were a bit of a shocker and had lots of teething probs.
