    Someone put me onto these ones http://www.vadals.com.au/pdf/vadals_...lsAPR07sml.pdf on page 2.

    The 15" high jobs are about $35 including lids, and are apparently very tough. They're commonly used by butchers. Unless the Nally ones are better/cheaper I think I'll be getting some of these ones. They also have some boning knives I'm interested in, so I'm keen to call in there and have a look when time permits.
