Fraser, impact on the island's tourist industry.
Oh well, now we start seeing the views of the tourist industry and thet are not happy.
Among the recomendations by the coroner is that people who hire four-wheel drives take a test to show they understood safety briefings.

The coroner has also recommended that the speed limit on the open beaches be dropped further from 80 km to 60 km/h. Hopefully this will apply to hire vehicles only......
