    The Delica's have them,, not a bad idea,, but yes, something else to go wrong, and then have to have them fixed/replaced,,

    im a truckie and iv seen a similar set up on freightliner argosy trucks when you open the door the steps come out like that... brilliant idea on the truck i think but on a 4x4 as said before just another gadget that will fail eventually....
