AULRO ECU Fundraiser Auction

Hi TD5 owners.

Mike Hayes, AKA Tombie2 and Total Rover Tech has donated 2 ECU upgrades for AULRO to auction off to raise funds towards the running of AULRO.

MIKE YOU ARE A LEGEND!!!!!

These upgrades ONLY suit the NNN flash tuneable ECUs,DO NOT SUIT THE EARLY MSB TYPES!!!!.

There are 2 upgrades up for auction. Bidding starts at $100 on each upgrade.

Mike is happy to install the upgrade for you.To do so you must either arrange to visit him in Whyalla SA or send him your ECU via Express Post, Mike will return the ECU the same way.

Mike is offering the ECU upgrade to the degree of tune to suit your vehicle and your needs.THE VEHICLE MUST MEET CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CHOSEN TUNE LEVEL(aimed at the "WILD" rather than "MILD" tune levels)

For those with Nanocom,or accsess to one Mike will supply a Nanocom style upgrade via email.Easy to self install.

BIDDING CLOSES AT 12pm EASTERN STATES TIME 15th May 2010!!!!.

When you bid you must bid on ECU upgrade1 or ECU upgrade2 and your amount. Min bid is $100 ea.

I will post updates as to the leading bids as often as I can.

Mike will not provide the ECU upgrade until confirmation from AULRO

Excellent work guys. If I had something to donate, I would definitely be in it, however I dont think there's much call for Mercedes Benz bits here and before anyone asks, no I'm not putting up a G wagen or Unimog!!

I do however put up that there are a lot of "free" members here who get a lot of info for "free" and you all should look at subscribing to the site to help keep it alive. How long you think this country would last if we all were on the dole and draining it's resources.....

Great work MIke, and thankyou for your kind donation, After all its still great to see that you still have the passion and love for the green oval Badge, To all people out there who need a tune, please use Mr Hayes of TRT because having known him for a while now, he does excellent work at a price thats is great, you wont be dissapointed.

Do I assume the MSB types are the 'non-flashable' in the D2s? 99-02? Prior to D2a?

MSB is the non-flash-able. D2s have both. I have a 2002 D2 with an NNN. you'll need to check.

To bid on the upgrades you need to send a PM(Private message) to fundraiser. That is, fundraiser is the recipient.

EASY TO CHECK!!!!
Remove ecu(adj to battery and jack).See the barcode on the ECU,it WILL have a part number below the barcode.If it starts with MSB these upgrades are unsuitable.If it starts with NNN get your bid on!!!!
