    I'd love this combination.....

Id like a vehicle that is for serious off-road users and can still be of commercial use with a heavy duty 4x4 ute or cab-chassis.

A vehicle that keeps on keeping on. One that just keep going. That doesn't rust out (as do so many of the newer copy cats), One you can still fix with a bit of number 8 wire and later be able to find an old one left to rot somewhere in the himalayas or a desert dust bowl, change the oil and filters, give it a new battery and off it goes again. I dont care if it isnt as comfortable or dust proof as other modern cars, but at least will you get home.

Maybe a four-door station wagon option, with safari-style windows in the roof, With air-conditioning, traction control, alloys, locking wheel nuts and electric front windows, a single CD player, a black kick arse grille, black flare wheelarches and headlight surrounds, white steel wheels and a white roof.

Maybe a single cab with heavy duty suspension and extended tray that can carry 1500kg with a GVM of 3500kg.
But I want it powered by a 2.4-litre 16-valve common-rail four-cylinder turbo diesel. An engine that develops 90kW at 2200 revs and 360Nm at 2000 revs, and a vehicle with permanent dual-range four-wheel drive system with locking centre differential.

I want a car with reliability and strength...and maybe some history...say back to 1948?? Maybe a car thats sold close to 2 million vehicles!!

MMM I'll do a google search....

    Ohh look what I found....

<<<and yes I know neither have white roof or safari windows....but let me dream people, let me dream!>>>
