Got him !!
Trapped him on the first night that I set it. Yea.
We looked each other in the eye defiantly, then that all changed when I developed a sadistic grin.
It's eyes glazed and it shed it's mortal coil and died of fright.
Fair dinkum.![]()
Regardless...the point is that they're just doing what comes naturally to them - like any other animal including native ones. If you want to remove a truly destructive animal, that often causes destruction with the benefit of self-awareness, hindsight and understanding the broader ramifications of their actions, then you better start looking for ways to reduce the human population - responsible for far more native animal extinctions than feral cats...
Always looking for creative new ways to get bogged... :whistling:
76 RR...sold coz fuel was expensive at 70c/l

So, what calibre is "Fright" then?![]()
I'm with steve I hope you didn't kill someones pet![]()
Our Land Rover does not leak oil! it just marks its territory.......
Most cat traps will fit into a green wheelie bin, zippy tie the door of the trap shut when youve got the cat, fill the bin with water and add the trap.
Now I know that privately owned cats are different to feral, BUT any cat regardless of status if aggressive will be dealt with. I dont want my children attacked by an aggressive domestic cat because it wasnt dealt with accordingly.
Similar to aggressive dogs, put them down if they are a threat!

I'm with you.
22 cal.
Lou, if it had been someones pet, I'd have shot the owner.
They are the real ferral's.
I love the Birds and the wildlife and I wont stand by and watch them killed
needlessly by other non natives. The natural order of things is one thing
but this is something different.
I have killed many a beast for the table ( still do ) but I do not take
pleasure in it.
Cheers.
Robert.
