We just had a Sprinter come in from Telstra for with "engine issues". Turned out the guy who drives it and has done for a few years, added a full tank of petrol to it!
I don't think the big red tag around the filler neck with WARNING- DIESEL ONLY and the one one the flap with DIESEL ONLY actually stood out enough for him!
You do have to wonder though, if super and unleaded used to have different size bowser nozzles, why dont diesels??

Common practice for veg oil users here in AU is to thin out the oil with 10% unleaded, so your mix won't cause any problems. And as someone else mentioned here earlier, we used to winterise diesel at home by mixing a similar quantity of petrol through it. 10% diesel, 90% petrol on the other hand...
