What breed of dog have I just got?

Well I've always liked husky's ect. and when this dog came up at the local pound SHMBO fell in love
Now I know how Vlad fells
So here's the thing, what breed/s is she?
The pound said Shibaa Inu...They are to short, to ect..
The vet said Shepard cross but the muzzle is all wrong..

So come on experts give me your thoughts

Only had her a 5 days and she's put the Besenji cross in her place after a small teritorial spat
My little dog won't be the same. Yet another animal that found our house and stayed
    Cheers, Kyle

Definately some type of Husky/Wolf breed. Maybe a young Aleutian Husky.

My first thought was a Malamute/German Shepard cross.

    I agree with Simon,
The stoutness to me i thought Malamute straight off & the mention of German Sheppard does ring true if you look at just the face.

Good on you for saving another pooch.

As Simon & Peter said. Good looking dog. How old is she?

Was going to put some up of my red heeler x rotweiller but dont have any on this computer. He looks like an oversized heeler but he is a bit heavier set and his head is a bit broader

Soon as I saw it i thought Mally/Shepherd cross

However on a second look at the first picture could possibly be Akita/shepherd....

And for what its worth Shiba Inu's are small....they're a small breed dog
Our Land Rover does not leak oil! it just marks its territory.......
