    anyway if he ever rolls it onto its side he has a safe grip area to walk on as he climbs out?

    No damage to roof, or to high parts of bonnet etc?

    I saw a wagon recently with the same chequerplate on the doors and sides, the door panels on it looked proffessionally made. At the time I thought it looked hideous, but it would stop the doors getting dented and it was parked outside supercheap autos
