Ooh - long shot for sure! But you never know.

I'm from Adelaide and had a small amount of time working in Saudi, but not the countries you listed. More time in Africa, which I thought was an easier place to be than Saudi.

Sounds like you were in some pretty interesting places. Reckon you'd have a few good 'Middle East' stories.

Paul, I worked in Israel, sinai and egypt as a dive instructor and on some Kibbutz as a metal worker.
I must say it was late 80's though and a Paul does ring a bell but Bentley?
I went to school with a Bentley here in sa but not I paul I don't think.

My uncle (deceased) Kevin Nolan worked for Massey Ferguson in Adelaide for many years - I'm not sure in what capacity. Later in life, he left Massey Ferguson and joined the SA Education Department where he worked in their central bookstore, sourcing and supplying textbooks for schools all over the state.

I know that he did get around quite a bit, but have never heard any mention of travels to that part of the world - but that's not to say that he never went there.

His oldest son, Luke, also worked for Massey Ferguson for a while, but I'm pretty sure that he never went overseas with them. Luke later ended up living with us in Alice Springs for a while when he was working for an electrical wholesaler up there - and I'm pretty sure I would have heard if he had travelled anywhere prior to that.
