while there we ducked off to scenic world which is really worth a stop and the cost for entry was not too bad or was it ? I can't remember all i remember is that it was great.

The highlight of the trip though had to be The National Pass walk at Wentworth Falls.
I think it was about a 7km walk going up and down some tight passes.
As the name states there is waterfalls, some really good ones and I couldnt resist having a shower because as you can probably see I was still wearing the same clothes as I was from the day before.

It was a pretty full on day after waking up early new years morning after getting back really late from the fireworks at Sydney and then after walking around Scenic World and do the National Pass walk but we continued on towards Lithgow where we made camp for the night, All of a sudden it got colder I don't know why...
The next morning we got up at sparrow fart to see a few of the lookouts there which were amazing and I was extremely glad we made the effort to get up early as it was definitely worth it.
and no I didnt jump

afterwards we headed to the glow worm tunnel which was a nightmare getting there in a 2 wheel drive hilux.
First of all the gps was crap and the signs there even worse.
2nd some of the drivers were shocking driving extremely fast spitting up lots of rocks and dust.
3rd omg the pot holes there were so many of them, oh crap I think I am becoming a Pom.
But it was another great walk a little bit scary walking through a old railway track tuneel which is now a stream.
But we did see glow worms and it was very exciting but at the same time I was quite happy to get back to the tar.

Our next trip would be the big one.
Our plan was to move to Cairns and live there but the dog could foresee this to not be true and tried to tell us.

Ok so I will try and finish the trip report today
We went from Singleton to Cairns and then Cairns to Canberra via Uluru and SA(partly)
one of the things we wanted to do was see as many big things as we could without getting to off track.
the first one was The Big Mosquito
https://www.aulro.com/afvb/images/im...13/01/1193.jpg
and then we saw the Big Ayers Rock(which is actually smaller)-no photo
we stopped at Taree to get some supplies before staying at Harrington the night, which is one of my favourite places but not that night.
1st night of the trip and we got 4inches of rain plus we were sleeping in the back of the ute with the tarp over us and it just collapsed with the rain and wind.
anyway so we saw the Big Oyster t Taree

We then dried off and went to Port Macquarie via the Big Axe
https://www.aulro.com/afvb/images/im...13/01/1190.jpg
and then while in the area we decided to go to Timbertown which was really good even though it was muddy and water everywhere.

when we got to Port Macquarie it was bucketing down and it was already a little flooded and they were predicting more floods so we scooted out of there and decided to go to kempsey as I wanted to go and see Slim Dusty's homestead where he grew up, oh what is that there is a bridge out and landslides due to the rain and floods so we just stayed the night there where we got more rain but this time it was just over an inch but I must say it did dampen my spirits a lot

We started the car up and hoping for a better day 3 as one might say I was a little but cranky by then.
So broom broom broom we go and we head to Coffs Harbour and wait for it SUN! and WARMTH! we did not do much there besides swim and relax, we stayed at the caravan park called palm-something near the beach and out of all the caravan parks we stayed at this one was by far the best and was a good price to.
and we saw the Big Windmill but it was not that exciting and we did not stop
https://www.aulro.com/afvb/images/im...13/01/1187.jpg
and of course the Big Banana which was nice little place
https://www.aulro.com/afvb/images/im...13/01/1188.jpg
It was really nice walking around the beach and coast at Coffs I think I could live there just for that.
