Great loss. Just heard it on the news while heading to a fire alarm. I to have a heap of his dvd's.
Another legend who will be missed.

Malcolm always loved his dogs and it showed in his programmes too.

As a teenager I remember going to a theatrette in College Street Sydney for a screening of his brand new doco "Across the Top" both Malcolm Douglas and David Oldmeadow were there with the Series 1 Landy parked out the front.

Ditto, but at Caulfield town Hall & I was 14. I think many were awestruck at his film, & yes the Landie & dogs were there !!
I still have the promotional flyer for it.

Very sad to hear he's gone.

So sad. He was the original crocodile man. The Steve Irwin prototye if you like but with a lot less BS. I always wanted his life style. RIP
