Ron, don't you know we have told everyone in Australia to run over you so that you will not be around anymore, to pull us up on all our spelling/Grammar mistakes.

RIP Bucko - Riding on Forever
I remember a couple of years ago driving from Melbourne to Geelong along the Princes Highway and was overtaken by a couple of cool looking dudes cruising down the road riding two a breast in the right hand lane on their gleaming highly polished Harleys. Something straight out of Easy Rider on a bright sunny Sunday afternoon. They powered off into the distance but about 15 minutes later I caught up with them stopped on the side of the road madly scrambling into their panier bags to retrieve bike covers as a sudden thunderstorm descended on us. They didn't look as cool anymore as they rushed to cover their shiny machines from the impending rain. Are they made of sugar or something?
Ron, should that be a capital G in "Grammar"?

As I dont ride at the moment (no motorbike) I cant comment, however a friend of mine does and he noticed too that the nod/wave etc is starting to fade. He is a riding instructor, so he always tells his student about the importance of the nod... doing his bit at least![]()

I have no doubt this guy would be seen Ron. And if an overtaking car travelling in the opposite direction didn't see him at first, I suspect he would fill their peripheral vision and windscreen very very quickly

Its something about bikes, I regularly see drivers looking straight through me as i approach, so I slow down and they eventually see me, even with a large reflective vest on and the headlight on.
