It's been used as a fertilizer spreader Spud, fertilizer and rust go hand in hand. If you buy it you'll be fighting a losing battle with rust for as long as you own it, I wouldn't touch it.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.

I hate it when I get typos that I don't notice (and now I can't fix)

Not even half way? From the sounds of the condition you are talking about it is worth barely more than scrap value!

You could have come a bit further for a visit, except I didn't get home until 1 am this morning!

In the past I sold trucks and mobile plant into fertilizer work and salt works, fellmongers and hide stores.

Any vehicles and/or machinery that works in these areas should be regarded as throw away or spare parts only. Under no circumstances pay good money for any of them. Corrosion is deeply rooted into them and you will never defeat it.
