    Quite a resemblance

    Hi,

    I find quiet a resemblance between the Cadillac CTS clear tail lights design and that of Abu Dhabi's iconic hotel, don't you?

    Well spotted.

    Subtle product placement at it's very finest........

    At first glance, from certain angles, I thought the new LRX/EVOQUE thingy looked a bit like a imperial storm trooper.

    Yuppies, bushies, tradies, fashionable pop stars, soccer players (& mums) and now the "star wars tragic" market segments all sewn up!

    A model for every occasion, is there anything land rover can't do?

    A couple of facts:

    Those tail lights are on the 2010 model.

    The Burj Al Arab Hotel is in Dubai. It was designed in 1993 by Tom Wright, a British Architect.

    Those Yanks are such copy cats.
