Very good. I sat here and went through all 5 episodes of it - and went inside where it was playing the exact same episode on Foxtel!

I really like that show and am always amused that he (Mike) never really seems to get his asking price in the end.

Im a big fan of that show, i flick through the guide on austar and set them all to tape. Ed has more patience than me, some of the jobs he does and the slow methodical way in which he does it is to be envied. Especially swapping out who interiors and such. I hate that sort of stuff.

Mikes a wee bit of a tosser but Ed's the real deal...good old fashioned down to earth mechanic that just doesn't replace parts but finds the cause and fixes what needs to be fixed....when was the last time you found one of them

Watched it on Foxtel and it was a good episode. Mind you, they started with a pretty good D90 with that V8 in there already. I reckon they'd have done okay reusing the original doors and leave the camshaft alone and saved a few bucks.
Did you see the episode on a few weeks ago with the Series III? It was a BRIGHT yellow one. That was a good episode too.
It is a good series - always enjoy watching it and seem to pick something up every time. I really like the fact that Ed doesn't do half-arsed jobs or rough and ready fixes. He does things properly and his handiwork would generally stand the test of time. Unlike many other car/bike build programs.

Yeah, they have done a rangie and a disco aswell. I think they lost money on the rangie but they made a wee bit on the disco.

The disco looked alright but they should have put some tough looking muddies on it aswell.

Is it just me or does Mike pronounce it "Lamb Rover"?!

I would have kept the grill and headlight surrounds black.

And the Land Rover sticker needed a gap between the 2 words didn't it?

I enjoy watching this show, but they never factor in labour costs for the build!!

Also although Ed does fantastic work, the engine bay is never cleaned, but left as found.
