Don't know how he could say it would cost extra as the instructions are in the box with the locker and never come seperate.

Justin @ Lucky 8 uses USPS pre paid boxes with max weight/volume for a fixed price. Overweight jacks the price dramatically. I spoke to him re some detroits and other parts and he had to work out how to best pack it to maximise use of capacity of each box.

If its showing metal, I'd be inclined to source another good centre and stick the locker in that, otherwise its a MUST to replace the pinion bearings

I fitted both lockers in my disco, its pretty straight forward but the thread for the nuts that go into the housing to run the air lines through the diff and then connect to the locker is a weird thread. Cant remember but I fitted them at my mechanics worshop and out of all the tap/die sets he had we couldnt get one, ended up going to an engineering shed up the road and borrowing one.

So just grab the nut that screws in and check the thread and make sure you have the right tap before you start the job.

    Hi all Justin from Lucky8

We can ship a box to OZ for a fair price if the weight is under 20 pounds. If we pack all the part and the book it is 20.18 or so pounds and the post will not except the box. Shipping will take a crazy jump in price. As seen in this thread the instruction are available on line. I am sorry for the inconvenience but at that price we can not add any cost to the shipping.
