If you can afford to sacrifice 100mm of headroom, (which from what I can see on the video you can) why not just pour another 100mm reinforced slab over the top of the existing floor. 6m3 concrete, a couple of sheets of reo, a bit of labour from a few mates, a slab of ale and you're all done.
