200TDI minus the T & I
Got a used donk for Christmas. Want to fit in a series one without the turbo untill its got a roadworthy. Looks as if NA manifolds will fit.
Does anything have to be done to the fuelling or will it go OK as is?

"200Di" diesel conversion for Series Land Rovers - by Glencoyne 4x4 (Thetford)
have a look at that one website recommended cutting the intake manifold to give it more air but that stuffs it if you ever want to go back to the turbo. i'd just leave the turbo on!
