Thread: lost iPhone

Apparently now that the phone is reported missing, it can be traced if anyone tries to unlock it from Telstra, also the screen was cracked, same if anyone hands it in for repair.
Thats assuming it was borrowed (stolen) or even found, if its lost somewhere outside with all this rain it's probably washed out into the bay by now.

Thank you for all your help, if nothing happens with the wifes, at least mine is better protected now.

Great news, the phone has been found, actually found on the day, but the person who found it went on leave and returned today, handed the phone in.

fortunately there are some honest people left in the world. For the amount of calls we get asking if someone has handed in their phone or wallet very few actually get a Yes to that question.

Got it back, surprisingly it doesn't work. It was in an Otter Box defender phone case which will also need replacing. Apparently Apple will replace a broken phone for $250. Will be checking how true that is.

Bloody hell I've got a Otter case too, doesn't look like it saves the phone too well.

It,s still a good cover in my opinion. Phone was found in a parking lot and judging by the indentations in Otter cover it had been driven over.
