    G'day Folks


    Got mine in the 90's when Qld Transport was still in charge of plate issue, mine are "re-issue" white on black as in the 60's, OLR-068 they then cost $104 onetime payment,then PPQ (owned by an ex Govt minister/employee i was informed) took over ALL plate manufacture and then applied their charges,prior to that "Personal" plates were $250 one time payment,the price gouging began with the plate auctions for the old style Q plates, Q1 going for in excess of $10,000

    I have a great friend in the force who, when he comes round to drop off or pick up his Disco, I shout ' Look out! It's the filth!!'' in as cockney accent as I can, while running to the office door....
