Once I get a spare couple of hours to sit in the queue at Queensland Transport, my "TAXI" plates will be going on Stu.
    Cheers,

My local Lions Club arranged with our shire and the traffic authorities to have a special plate series made to aid club projects.
The local plates start at DE 1 and go to DE 9999.
The Lions Club plates run from 0 DE to 9999 DE (including a series 0000 DE to 9999DE.
So far the sale of these plates has raised in excess of $25000 for our club projects.
My (her) Disco is 4148 DE.

My Series 3 wears RUSTY F which technically belongs to my young bloke but he cannot use it in Vic where he now lives. He has given me the 'right to display' his plate until he returns to WA, if ever. Till then it's mine .

Cheers and a prosperous New Year to you all.

    Disco.

Im boring, i just have my initials nothing special. Custom plates cost to much in NSW. $500 extra for rego isnt something Im willing to part with.

I got my initial plates back in 2001 when there was a one off order fee and then it was free after that, still is. But I ordered some for stacey and now they charge $130 for the order fee and sting you $90 a year on top of your rego for the plates.
