If you have details on current road closures please post here.
We were to go to Gympie and Wondai this weekend and were advised at 9am that the Bruce is cutoff south of Gympie. Added to this both bridges across the Mary at Gympie are under, cutting off the Southside. I have also been advised that the bridge outside Murgon has 4m over it.

SubscriberYes I just had a look at the BOM site... 9m+ flood expected at Maryborough tomorrow.
There was a 9.5m flood in 1992. 8.75m in 1999 ish.
If it gets to 9.5 I think thats about where the CBD gets inundated.

ABC radio Queensland( 612 in Brisbane ) has been giving very good reports on all of road closures.They have just reported that the Bruce has been closed near Gympie by police.
From all reports you look like staying this weekend.

hmmm,just got back from Mackay last night

thought we had gone out over the ocean,till i saw bits of land sticking out of the water!!!
there is a LOT of water over queensland at the moment,hope it comes down soon so the missus and kids can get back home (they still in mackay with pajero and camper at older kids place,had to fly home for work)

Need to get to Tin Can Bay tomorrow have had reports that Pamona Kin Kin Rd is
open can anyone confirm. also need to know the condition of this rd.
As we need to get a vehicle to our son as his is in Mackay and he is having trouble getting to work.
