Before you know it, he'll be listening to Slayer and Obituary, asking Santa for a leather jacket and growling nursery rhymes like the coookie monster.

Good thing with young ones is how quick they bounce back, bad thing is how quickly they forget. Won`t be the last time that`s for sure. As young feller I used to run in from school and slide under the kitchen table, that`s until I grew bit Our last house sorted out kids who like to run into walls. Missus did child minding at the time. Whole house was solid brick. Internal walls were solid brick and plaster render. One feral kid tried to put a hole in the wall with his head. Smartened his attitude up real quick.

That is impressive! My head scars are from Hi-Fi's, rocks and dogs.

Stitches coming out don't hurt at all - I think Roxy my dog is the only living thing in our family to not have stitches out at home. Mind you my mum does run a Day surgery hospital.

One solid hit indeed, nice dent in the wall.

Marcos did that at the gym, one of the trainers was stirring him up and he tore like a maniac straight into the corner of a wall. Didnt need stitches but the trainer felt bad.

Sort of good that the scar is near the hairline, although boys seem to dig having scars....My BIL had a big slice across a cheek caused by a fencing (Actual sword fencing, NOT straining wire) injury, coupled with a 'swashbuckling' character and errol flynn type moustache he sent many a girl into paroxysms of shortness of breath apparently

No such 'luck' with MY appearance though....

At least the wall had a bit of 'give' in it, concrete doesn't.
I hope it wasn't as bad as it looked .

Yes, but in a few years I might have a hairline like my Dad's, then it will be on show for all & sundry to see .
