    Wood grain trim kits

    Hello All,

I was browsing the net and came across this site http://www.bitrim.com/landrover.htm which sells wood grain dash trim kits. Has anyone had any experience with them?

My D2 has this woodgrain on it, cant tell if its factory or aftermarket but it sure does make the inside quite noice!

It hasnt even looked like coming off and easy to clean

They have a great range of finishes if nothing else. Be interested in pricing if nothing else.

yeah, i think they look quite nice. I'm curious as to whether they are a vinyl material with a sticky adhesive backing or whether they are a wood veneer. The heat up here would soon put an end to the adhesive and how tacky would a peeling/bubbling woodgrain "stick on" look?.

I believe they are a hard stick on piece as some of the pieces they offer, such as the gear surround are, well, inserts to replace what we have.Unless they've made a stick on for the nobby rubber mat around a D2 gearshift.

Why not go for an external kit while you are at it?

I'd be interested in pricing if someone is sending an email through. They look good.
