Are you serious?? I mean, I saw the thingy that says 'almost anything goes', but I didn't believe it.

    Politics! Everywhere else it's taboo.

OK, I'm Victorian. We've finally rid ourselves of Dumby, God knows what Ted will be like ( I went to school with them both, but I know they don't drive Landy's. Ted may have a Vogue, though ). I thought that finally I'd get to laugh at all those smug Sydneyites, and now Labor is stuffed in NSW too??

I wouldn't get to excited in Qld., though. Anna has looked really good recently, although, to be fair, she's only had Julia as a counterpoint. IMO, Germaine Greer stands up well in THAT comparison.

The problem is a leader is only as good as the people who support them. If the rest of the party are dip sticks then we are sunk.

I personally dont care what happens in the election, maybe its time the Libs got a go, give them a chance to fix it all up, after all thats what they keep claiming they will do.

I heard this morning the knives are out for KK...but they are keeping them in the kitchen because the election is too close. I can only imagine of it was, say, 8 to 12 months away, we would have been looking at ANOTHER putsch and another idiot telling us they can fix NSW..

I'm with Brian we have no alternate opposition here in Queensland. So you could say we are in between a rock and hard place.Anna Bligh's performances of late in our many disasters has knocked the opposition for six and they are still reeling. I think the opposition has too many blow ins that's their problem.
