    I was the person waiting for the purchase price in the little booth at the end.

    You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.

    I'd say definitely stolen.

    Only the left rear wheel is spinning. The Cayenne is constant 4WD with a locking centre diff as standard.

    If the wheel is spinning independently then either the centre diff is unlocked and the PSM (traction control) is switched off; which is not necessarily desirable for off road driving;

    or lots of damage has already been done to the car!

    By the way I have a bridge you can buy real cheap!
    Yes I remember hearing and reading some stories in Russia, from memory estimated anything from half a million to one million stolen cars ever the years and the Europeans complained so I think the Russians said you had a year to prove the stolen car was in Russia otherwise it was all over, all this did was give the corrupt Russian police (in Moscow especially) another chance to extract a bribe from the drivers of all these cars!!!That said not all cars are stolen in Russia now and there is a lot of crazy younger Russians who aspire to ownership and will pay or borrow the money, just like our boy racers!!! This was back in late 1900s or very early 2000s
