Thanks Karl, would make for some interesting 4wdriving, I might take a run down and see what damage is on the Bendethra FT.
The local Councillor (Graham Scobie) and head of the Moruya Chamber of Commerce just rang and told me that NPWS are doing everything to get Bendethra open for Easter, all other campgrounds in the Deua Nat. Park are open, he is going to email me the release, if anyone heading down during the school holidays, which start next Monday (11th) and needs some alternative campsites give me a call 0407103320 I should be able to help, Regards Frank.

Last time I was down at Bendethra was last Easter, while there was generally space to camp away from others, the actions of some of the crowd in there was a different matter.
I had considered going in again this easter (due to the length of the break) but decided not to.
Like Roger much prefer it with no one else around, not quite so easy to do since I gave up shift work

Martyn, it is a shame that there seems to be drunken yobs everywhere you go nowdays, if you ever want to take a trip into Bendethra at any other time (quiet times) and you want company, I'm available most times, I don't need much of an excuse to go camping, Regards Frank.
