Automotive Engineers (VASS) in Victoria
Hello Everyone,
I'm currently in the process of undertaking a Discovery Ute project and I'm at a stage where I need to get an engineer to come in and have a look at my work.
I have found this web page which details all the certified engineers:
http://www.vicroads.vic.gov.au/NR/rd...n16Feb2011.pdf
I have the car in Cheltenham, and have tried contacting 5 or 6 different engineers and it is looking like none of them are interested in helping me out with certification!! Does anyone have a particular person they can recommend to me? Perhaps there might be some that are not on this list?
I was just hoping someone may be able to point me to a good reliable contact without me having to go and contact every single melbourne engineer to only have calls not returned or emails go un answered.
Thanks for any help!!

I'm using Andrew Enkelman and associates. I believe he is in Breaside maybe, behind the Dunbier boat trailer place if you know were that is. I have found him great to deal with. He is a very practical engineer, which is what you want.

I used Phillip Hodges from Fern Tree Gully - who is on that list. He came out ( but charged $150.00) No problems with them, but he probably wont go to Cheltenham especially.

David

Thanks for the info guys, I have already tried contacting Andrew Enkelman earlier in the week... He didn't bother responding to my email. I then spoke to Bernie on the phone and he asked to email the stuff over... and again, nothing back...
