Thanks for sharing the pictures of the Jaguars and particularly the E-Type, which reminds me of an old boss I used to work for, way back in the 70's, he was a Jaguar nut and had a couple himself including a beautiful E-Type and a Mark 10. Locals around he might remember him as he was the local Jaguar mechanic, his name was Don Thomas and what he didn't know about Jaguars wasn't worth knowing!! Converted an old Jaguar ( I forget the model, one of the smaller ones) into a ute, which he used to drive around town in, excellent advertising for his business!!

No I didn't travel up with you LSD I came with the cook and parked the Prado under the trees outside.
Wonderful what owners do their pride and joy and I love to go there every couple of years.
Great pics and thanks for sharing.
    Alan.

PS. A Rover 3 litre was the first vehicle I did a proper TON in. I did a few more in Jags later but that first really thrilled me.

    Ahhh, Jensen Interceptor....

And I know the original Aston DBS was troublesome and "slow", at least the 6 cylinder, but it was a very pretty car IMHO

Also saw my landspeed record Morgan Plus 8 in those pics. Different owner now so I'll lay low on that.

I didn't even know the day was on, silly me.

    Thanks for the pics, everyone.
