Text colour

OK,I upgraded Firefox this morning,and it seems to have reverted some of my setting here back to standard.
I normally use this Green text,but now I can't remember how to set it to be automatically set as my option.It is a pain having to set the text colour every time I want to write something.
Can someone point me to the correct way to change it back,and this time I will save a text copy of how to do it.

Down the bottom left side of the page under the forum rules box is a drop down box with

...AULRO
...GCLRO
...mobiPDA
...blue

You need to select ...AULRO

BAz, that sets the forum colour scheme but not the colour of the text.

I'm sure that used to be in UserCP under edit options, but it appears to have gone.

I'm in the same boat upgraded to FF5 and a few things have reverted back to defaults, unless Inc has switched it off at about the same time.

I was fairly sure it used to be there,and then when I couldn't find it,I started to have doubts.Glad I am not really losing it
