    Dirty Mags

"I might just have to give them up"! The last edition of Land Rover World (June 2011) I paid $14.50 in Vic . Just wondering what others are paying in your state for LRW, LRO and LRM.

Haven't the time or the patience anymore. Used to get the odd 4wd Action but it's a frustrating read, would rather spend the money on a six pack and give myself a headache.

used to get LRM from the UK at about 9 or 10 bucks a pop, delivered to my door. But after about 100 mags or so, they are starting to look the same

For the last six years I have been getting mine from a newsagent in central Vic. They always put them away for me. Last year the owners changed hands and over the past couple of months the price seems to vary from month to month. I could understand if I was paying for an airfreight edition, but just wondering if others are paying the price. Usually they are all under $10.00.

LRO at my local newsagent in North West Vic. costs me $13.95 each x 13 editions per year.
I enjoy the read but feel like I have a Land Rover on time payment.

    Cheers, Mick

My newsagent has LR Owner International for both $13.95 and $19.95. When I questioned the difference, I was told the dear one was air-freighted and was more recent, but the other was two months old. I bought the cheaper one and spent the saving on a latte while reading it.

You know when you're getting old when the magazines you buy are still wrapped in plastic but contain no lude images and you are still excited! Lol.

The prices are getting dear though. Havnt bought the last couple as we are trying to buy a house and at 15 bucks a pop they're too much of a luxury item now.
