I am so sorry. Only met Simon on thursday, and left thinking what a nice, honest and genuine person he was. A great loss. If you need anything just ask.

Thanks Andrew. That really means a lot. You know, Simon and I went to Chris' funeral without really knowing him, more by reputation and as a sign of respect to him and his family. At the funeral Simon realised that he had met Chris years ago and was good friends with him through a mini club but they'd lost contact. It absolutely knocked him for six. He was so sad about it and it really shook him up. I just had to call the friend of ours that knew both of them through the mini club...as you can imagine he's just in shock.
I felt awful posting about this knowing it's only been a few months since Chris. I just hope I'll be the last to ever post it and that everyone takes the advice and warnings offered. I don't want any one's wifes/husbands/girlfriends/significant others experiencing this.
I am so sorry to hear this!! Stories like this are always so sad!!:( I have seen the LSD posts on the Forum and of cause think everything is "hunkydory" with the business, you know just a guy trying to earn a dollar, without realising the pain that is there in his heart to do this!!:( My thoughts are with you and your family!!
So sad to hear of your loss.
Do reach out to the many folks who will gladly support you. Some days will be dark others less so, we all need each other to lean on sometimes.
Talking, sharing and remembering with friends and family will help you keep going and give you strength even when you feel at you weakest.
All the best Mark & Narelle
Dear Sarah
As the people you and Simon so generously visited and helped in the last few days, we are greatly distressed by your tragic news. Our heartfelt sympathy to you and your family for your terrible loss. Although we are mobility restricted at the moment, we will help you however we can. Please just ASK!
Love and peace

Thanks Graham - the best thing you can do is take care of your leg. Simon was very concerned about you and wanted you to be back on your feet. So no more bottles of red in your armchair!! ;)
It was our pleasure to help you.
This is where I start to question his mindset because this time yesterday he was dropping back your rover and was in good spirits. It's so awful.
It's no good questioning it...there won't ever be an answer I suppose.
Words fail me. so sorry to hear the news.I do know , from experience, you should try not to be alone right now, family and friends are invaluable , lean on them. Praying for you, Bob @ Mary

Thank you. Thankfully I'm not alone, my sister and nephew live with us as of the last weekend so along with my son and dog we have plenty of company. The boys are both young (my son is 13.5 mths and nephew is just shire of 2) so they're too young to really understand that anything is happening.
Condolances to you and your family.
I wish you all the best for what will be a long, hard healing period.
