Cars at Zakira's Garage, Cincinnati.
Zakira's do high end restoration and maintenance, They are also a general motor garage. The day I was there an old Toyota Land Cruiser was up on a hoist getting new unis, and an Oldsmobile was getting some front end bits.
The photos are of:
A 1920's Miller getting a full restoration.
An Offy 270 crankcase that has put a leg out of bed in No. 1. This is uncharacteristic. If an Offy sticks a leg out is is usually between 3 & 4. This one is repairable.
Next is another Miller with a dummy engine in place for build purposes.
An XKSS. I asked if it was a Kiwi replica and got dirty looks. I guess they don't run that sort of establishment.
An Indy Ford, mid-thirties. Henry built ten replicas of his 1935 Indy cars in anticipation of victory and gave them to friends. This has almost never been run and just suffers long term storage damage. Zakiras are to restore it to running condition without doing much to the patina of age.

A few more from Zakira's Garage.
A Mercer Raceabout in for some engine work. These are very, very, valuable cars.
A late turbo Drake-Offy being assembled in the clean room. These could produce up to 1400 hp on the dyno or for qualifying although were usually raced around the 900 hp mark for durability.
