I reckon! When I first got the vehicle I thought what an interesting idea, even the boot lid closes gently. It teaches the kids not to slam the bloody doors etc, but now - I have completely reversed my thinking!!!!

I keep thinking about a toddler closing the door with its fingers around the edge, like they do, and loosing all of them Especially when you realise that Lexus door fit/ clearances are measured in mm's, not inches like LR's () it becomes a chilling prospect.

JC you do of course realise that the finger crunching door circuit will be combined with th ABS ESC main engine circuit and cig lighter socket. Whilst the lower valance coutesy lights will obviously have their own citcuit!
