Old steam train photos-how to post on this forum?

A mate sent me an e-mail, with some old photos of Sydney, plus some old steam train photos [ eg. kingston flyer; 3801,3813, 3820 picton tunnel ;Southern railway austerity; Andaluces 0-6-0; 3801 bicentennial; first loco out of clyde engineering works, Granville] plus others. After all this time I still don't know how to post the e-mail on this forum. Any train buff able to help? last resort I could e-mail to anyone interested. Bob
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

    Simple.

Save the attachments (photos) from your email somewhere onto your hard drive.

Open a new message in AULRO and press the Manage Attachments button below the text box. Browse your hard drive for the pix you saved. Upload them (you will need to browse and upload one message at a time.) Once you've uploaded them, submit the message as per usual

Wow, what a goldmine of old photo's!!! As I live in the Newcastle area and am old enough to remember back a few decades, the photo's of Newcastle with the Zaara St, power station (long since demolished) in the background brings back memories. It looks like it was taken in the mid 1960's or thereabouts. Also the Cockle Creek station which is only a stones throw from where I now live has certainly changed since that photo. The station was completely rebuilt and modernised about 15 years ago. Thanks for the memories, mate!!!

Thanks for that Mark, forgot to say my youngest son is currently doing an adult apprenticeship with QR. , signals electrician. He has said some of the older workers remember my Father @ Brother, and have taken him under their wing.[ as long as they don't take him to the pub, like the old days. ] Bob

Here are some pictures of old trains.

Have a look at the vehicle on right side of the last picture and this will give you an idea of the ira in which all of these pictures were taken.
