I wondered what the steel thing was jammed in the inlet on the D2 was when I swapped the engine. Decided it wasn't worth cleaning the oil/water mix off so left it out. Now I know what it was, so yes I (unknowingly) owned one.
i looked into thses types of products acouple years ago. in the us they tested a pile, the best they got was no change and many had a negative effect on performance, a few were to scarey to fit.
all tested on the same (truck) in a wind tunnel.
the end result was that modern cars run at such high air fuel efficencey that they can not improve performance.
also hiclone say say users claim on the adds so they do not make the claim.
Forgot those Kangaroo shooing gadgets that go on the front of your car.
Not very........
Lets just put it this way, SWMBO insisted on fitting one to her Patrol when it was new as her father had one on his then Citroen and reckend they really worked.
The Patrol proceeded to have more hits than Elvis at speeds as low as 30km/h with the bloody Shu Roo tweet, tweet, tweeting away.
You'd be correct in guessing it's no longer fitted
They're worse than a Hiclone as they are much more expensive.
